The site is updated integrating waxeater and Jabberjosh into the website. More information is up about the split “On Deck” Well just the song titles. The test presses just came in so waxeater and I are going to enjoy a listen before we send them off to be made into the real deals. Rob and I are going to start making the inserts.

In other news I am thinking about getting T-shirts done for Useless World. I don’t really want to have a box of these or put time in making sure that I sell them so im just going to take pre orders or whatever. They are going to be sold at cost so most likely 7 dollars unless I can get 50 people who want to buy one. So if you want one get in contact with me.

May 15th 2010-

Hey again, Well take a look around and you’ll see that we have a few new things for you to check out!

First of all our first 7inch “On Deck” has it’s artwork finished and its pretty fucking rad! Its from the same artist who did some waxeater t-shirt designs. The seven inch has a new song from Waxeater and Jabberjosh. Its fucking great and I am stoked on everything. I think it’s the best looking and sounding thing that I have put out so far. Its going to be 5 bux. The release date is still up in the air I should have the site updated to include them and have a release date as well.

The next thing is that Piradical’s Useless World Summer Comp 2010 is done. Stephen and crew have been hard at work getting this thing together. I’ve just been agreeing with whatever they wanted to do because it’s such a solid line up. We pressed 1000 of these to simply pass out around the city and suburbs in order to promote some punk rock in our city. The artwork is pretty cute/rad. This comp does have a really sweet summer feel to it. Its available for download on the east side. Just click the sign or the cd cover art.

Hello! Long time no update.
Well here it is three important announcements.

First –
The Bolth Blowout sale! – If you have not heard yet Bolth has officially called it quits after 6 years of being a hardworking band. I was lucky enough to be able to put out their last full length, If you want peace, prepare for class war. They have decided, even though they don’t have to, help me break even on the record by having a bolth merch sale. Here are the deals
The Package Deal – For $7.00 you can get 2 cds of your choice, a t-shirt, a patch and a few buttons.
Or – All cds and t-shirts three dollars each and patches and buttons are a quarter.
I’m stoked to see what the dudes will be doing in the future and there is word that many balls have already started rolling on some projects. This sale is either going to end when the merch runs out or April comes so act fast!

Second –
Useless World Records is planning on releasing at least two records this year! The first one is a seven inch spit with Waxeater and Jabberjosh. This record should be coming out in early June. I am stoked that this is happening, two great Midwest bands. There is a good chance that were going to have special stickers and posters that will be coming with the records as well as them being hand numbered and maybe some other cool shit as well.

Third –
I hate to have this third in the list because its as important as the rest of the news and is the most instant and usable but I have been behind on updating the site/writing a simple “blog” but the Nailbiter Ep Muerdeuñas is on The Free Side available for download. This record sounds pretty fucking good thanks to Philip Zumbrun. Give it a listen! Oh man I almost forgot I lowered the price of The Sorely Trying Days record to 5 dollars so buy it if you have not already! Haha
